It’s amazing…

how I can go from having a terrible day:

  • ridiculously hard midterm that I didn’t have time to finish
  • surprise spanish presentation because I missed class yesterday after I missed the bus

to being in a good mood after:

  • I killed it at the gym today
  • decided to walk the 2 miles home instead of taking the bus

It’s so true: you’re only one workout away from a good mood.
