healthyhallelujah: sometimes it truly baffles me how unhealthy some people can manage to eat on a regular basis. I am the same way. My boyfriend and I started eating clean a few months ago and really haven’t looked back. Our two other roommates fill their cupboard with hamburger helpers, oreos, cocoa puffs, and go through an alarming amount of canola oil with everything they fry....

how I can go from having a terrible day: ridiculously hard midterm that I didn’t have time to finish surprise spanish presentation because I missed class yesterday after I missed the bus to being in a good mood after: I killed it at the gym today decided to walk the 2 miles home instead of taking the bus It’s so true: you’re only one workout away from a good mood.

Today’s weigh in says I am down three pounds to a CW of 132. I’m so excited to know that on top of the muscle I’m gaining (and seeing), I am also losing the unwanted pounds. I’m going to have to try on my old pants soon. I’m getting closer!
